3. OUR SERVICES
Selonia provides digital marketing services to healthcare and aesthetic practices, including but not limited to:
● Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO
● Automated review generation and reputation management
● Google Maps ranking improvement strategies
● Strategy consultations and campaign management
We deliver these services using proven systems and third-party platforms. The specific scope of services for each client will be set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We work diligently to improve your Google Maps ranking and generate 5-star reviews. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, including:
● A specific ranking position on Google Maps or Google Search
● A specific number of reviews or a specific review rating
● A specific number of new patient enquiries or bookings
Results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm updates, your local competitive landscape, your existing Google Business Profile status, and your responsiveness in providing required access and information.
Any case studies, statistics, or examples we reference represent results achieved across our partner networks and are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
● Provide us with timely access to your Google Business Profile, and any other platforms or accounts required for your service.
● Supply accurate information about your business, including name, address, phone number, website, and business category.
● Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals within 5 business days.
● Ensure your business information is accurate and that you have the legal right to operate the business being promoted.
Delays or failures on your part to meet these obligations may impact the results we are able to achieve and will not entitle you to a refund or service extension.
6. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
When you purchase services from Selonia:
● You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information.
● You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
● Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.
● We may use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We are not responsible for their independent errors or policies.
7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, the following policy applies:
● Setup fees and onboarding costs are non-refundable once work has commenced.
● Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
● You may cancel your services by providing written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
● We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to meet your obligations under Section 5.
If a specific refund or cancellation term has been agreed in writing as part of a separate service agreement, that agreement takes precedence over this section.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including text, logos, designs, strategies, and code — is owned by SELONIA LIMITED or our licensors.
● You may view and reference our content for your own personal or internal business use.
● You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publish our content, methodologies, or systems without our written permission.
● Any materials we create specifically for you as part of a service engagement remain the property of Selonia until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to you.
9. YOUR CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you provide us with materials such as reviews, testimonials, before/after results, or comments via our site, email, or social media:
● You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and permanent licence to use, reproduce, and display that content to promote our services.
● You confirm that you have the right to grant us this permission and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. RULES OF CONDUCT
You agree not to use our site or services to:
● Harass, abuse, or defame any person or business.
● Post or transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
● Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage our systems or others' devices.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
